Currently, I serve as the Creative Director for REFORM Alliance, overseeing the organization’s design, creative strategy, production, digital asset management, brand standards, and art direction. As part of my responsibilities, I lead a cross-functional creative team focused on the organization’s video and photography needs for impactful brand storytelling and 360 marketing campaigns for events, digital, social, experiential marketing, and fundraising. Most recently, I have been the workgroup lead for the new REFORM Alliance website’s creative direction, UI, and UX, set to launch in October 2023.
Prior to REFORM Alliance, I was the Creative Director at Interwell Health (formerly Cricket Health), where I managed a five person marketing creative team including copywriters, editors, designers, and a project manager. I also directed the brand strategy and visual identity creation of the newly-merged $2B organization, and led the creative strategy across all of our marketing campaign channels and communications. I have worked closely with senior leadership and C-level executives to ensure that my team was exceeding KPIs and aligning with organization strategy.
I am a focused, flexible, and results-driven creative who has managed teams with a successful track record in conversions. During my time at Cricket Health, we saw a 500% improvement for direct mail enrollments and a 300% overall improvement in patient enrollments by email. In the social justice and non profit sectors, I have developed and managed the creative strategy for multiple $200M+ capital fundraising campaigns as well as multiple $25M+ electoral fundraising campaigns.
